Man in critical condition after crash

John Simon's, 58, Toyota Tacoma swerved over the double yellow lines and into an oncoming 18-wheeler after authorites believed he had a heart attack. Simon was rushed to the hospital where he is in critical condition.

Early Wednesday, December 05, 2007, a semi-truck ran into the back of a school bus of students on their way to Rio Grande City High School. The acccident happened after the school bus stopped at a railroad crossing.

Truck accident shuts down I-35E lanes in Dallas 7:49 AM CT

Dallas Morning News - Dallas,TX,USA - December 05, 2007

The Texas Department of Transportation were about to reopen the northbound lanes of IH-35E when an 18-wheeler ran into a guardrail. The Department of Transportation had originally shutdown the lanes due to a semi-truck hauling construction equipment caused damage to that stretch of 35E back in October.

Josh Meurin, 20 years old, attempted to pass in front of a car while while under the influence. Meurin hit the back of the car, causing it to spin out of control, then an 18-wheeler collided into the side of his vehicle.

2lanes of Interstate 35E to be closed for bridge work

The Texas Department of Transportation will shut down two northbound right lanes of 35E for six and half hours beginning Monday and finishing Wednesday. The cause for the closure happened back in October when an 18-wheeler carrying construction equipment damaged parts of the bridge.
